Sunday Reset is a growing community in London that gathers for slow, grounding mornings in nature.
We come together for gentle yoga, meditation & manifestation practices, journaling, and simple connection over matcha or coffee afterwards. It’s a space to slow down, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and others in a calm, supportive environment.
These sessions take place in different parks and outdoor spaces across London throughout the summer.
This group is for you if you’re looking for:

#### Sunday Reset: Yoga, Manifestation Meditation & Connection in the Park
Join us for a slow Sunday morning in nature designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
We’ll start on 7th June in Brockwell Park and continue with these sessions in different parks and outdoor spaces across London throughout the summer.

We’ll begin with a gentle embodiment-based yoga flow in the park, followed by an optional guided manifestation meditation inspired by ancient teachings developed over 2,500 years ago, journaling prompts, and an optional matcha or coffee circle afterwards.
You’re welcome to join just for the yoga session or stay longer for the full experience, including the manifestation meditation and reflection practice.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a practice, you are warmly welcome here 💛What to expect:

About your guide
Hi, I’m Ana @mirr_ana. I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher based in London, currently teaching in studios and also sharing community sessions in nature.
My journey started very early. I grew up in a spiritual family and met my first meditation teacher when I was three. Since then, movement, breath, and inner practice have always been a natural part of my life.
Before teaching yoga, I trained as a professional ballet dancer, which gave me a deep love for the body, expression, and the emotional language of movement.
Over the years, I’ve explored yoga, meditation, Taoist and Slavic practices, and Buddhist philosophy, and I’m currently continuing my studies at the Asian Classics Institute.
