What we’re about

You want to do long runs but struggle to motivate yourself? Preparing for a running event but you don't have a buddy?

Join this group for weekly long runs and improve your speed and endurance in a friendly and supportive environment. We will set progressively more challenging goals depending on members' objectives for their running, and enjoy the workout (and a post-workout treat) together!

Our focus will be on longer distances, keeping the pace slow and consistent. We will start at 10k and gradually increase the length. However, if a run gets too long for you, you're welcome to stop whenever you choose to!

This group explicitly welcomes queer and trans people, people of colour, and people with other marginalisations. You don't have to be an experienced runner or aiming to do a marathon--as long as you can comfortably run a 10k and want to improve, this is the group for you!
