What we’re about
Sunday morning cycling group 8:30 starting at East Beach parking lot (closest to Milpas). We ride out past Summerland along the frontage roads to Carpinteria Viola Fields for first stop. Then to climb the backside of Gobernador to regroup again at the water stop at the the base and 192. Then all the way to the Polo Fields and back to East Beach and finishing up for coffee at Lighthouse (Laguna and Haley). It’s about 30 miles and average speed is around 15-17 mph. There is a faster Echelon group that we meet at Viola Fields and if you want to go with that group then join them. Be comfortable riding in a group setting. This is a no drop ride and safety is paramount. The main goal is having fun and to watch out for everyone.
