Join us on 29th Street in Manhattan for a Kung Fu class. We use the techniques of Eagle Claw Kung Fu to introduce you to martial arts – and if you're already a martial artist, we'll help you explore Eagle Claw. This is more than a meetup, it's a class that gives you a great workout with real techniques and concepts you can use.

The goal of Kung Fu is to learn how to stay calm, centered and focus as we practice martial arts. Kung Fu is way of life, and we think it has it all - fun, health, and useful techniques for personal safety. And for ongoing practitioners – swords and more!

The class includes a warmup, basic kung fu techniques, and a self-defense concept or the day. Without pressure or judgement, we focus on getting the body to enjoy moving and working out. For those with a real interest in martial arts, we can even work on classic kung fu forms — you determine the level, we help you get in shape. This class is meant to open the door to martial arts, and offer a work out where you actually learn something.

We charge $25 for this class. We're at 227 W. 29th St.
