We'll explore the scenic Bulskampveld Provincial Domain in Beernem on a relaxed 9.3 km circular hike.

Along the way, we'll discover woodland trails, picturesque ponds, natural viewpoints, and the surroundings of Bulskampveld Castle.

The idea is simple: enjoy nature, share conversations, take photographs, and spend quality time with interesting people.

This is not a race or a fitness challenge. It's a friendly outdoor experience where walking and social connection go hand in hand.

Parking Drie Koningen – Bulskampveld Provincial Domain, Beerne.

The exact meeting location and final gathering instructions will be shared before the event.

🚗 Participants travelling by car can use the nearby parking area.

🚆 Public transport: Beernem railway station, with onward local transport or walk to Bulskampveld. Please check connections in advance.

🚙 Participants may coordinate voluntary carpooling in the group. Transport is not included or guaranteed.

💚 Participation & Community Contribution.

Community contribution: €5 per participant (free for Voyager and Ambassador members).

This contribution supports the coordination of Sunday Vacations community activities.

Personal transport, food, drinks, and other individual expenses are not included.

Any purchases from third-party providers are paid directly to those providers.

• Please arrive on time and follow the volunteer organiser's safety instructions
• Respect wildlife, protected areas, and other visitors
• If your plans change, please update your RSVP so someone else can participate
• Participation is subject to available places and any applicable registration conditions

Sunday Vacations acts as a community organiser, not a travel agency.

Activities are organised by volunteers and covered under the COCOF volunteer insurance framework.

This volunteer insurance framework does not necessarily provide personal accident, medical, or travel insurance for event participants. Participants are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal insurance.

Participants remain responsible for assessing their physical ability, bringing suitable equipment, and making their own transport arrangements.

Any transport, catering, or other services independently purchased from third-party providers are subject to those providers' terms and conditions.
