This class blends yoga, mindful movement, and breathwork to help you:

I'm a certified yoga teacher with over 14 years of practice. I work with people who lead full lives and want to move, reset, and feel good — without pressure or pretence. As a founder myself, I understand the pace of high performance and how important it is to slow down with intention.
My sessions are practical, energising, and grounded — built for real life.
