I'm a certified yoga teacher with 14+ years of personal practice and deep experience supporting people who want to live their life to the fullest. As a founder myself, I know what it’s like to constantly push - and how powerful it is to slow down intentionally.
My sessions are about more than movement. They're about reconnecting to your body, softening the noise, and creating space for clarity and calm - so you can return to your life with more focus, presence, and resilience.
