Fun fitness and running group meeting 7 a.m. Sunday at Knoxville Adventist School, 3615 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919
All levels and abilities are welcome. We do a warm up and stretching routine prior to heading out for the run/walk. The location is ideal for logging miles on greenways and paths.
