Join us every Sunday morning for a refreshing dip in the Deschutes River! Sunday Swim is a free, fun, and laid-back group where people of all ages come together just after sunrise to enjoy the benefits of cold plunging. Whether you're new or experienced, you can join in for a quick 10-second dip or stay in for up to 5 minutes—whatever feels right for you!

We meet all year, no matter the season, unless the weather gets too extreme. It's a great way to boost your mood, reduce stress, improve circulation, and speed up recovery. Plus, as we grow, we plan to add cool things like warming areas, hot drinks, and even sauna tents thanks to local sponsors.

Remember, it's important to check with your doctor first, especially if you have any health concerns. We're all about wellness and having a good time in nature, and we welcome everyone—no matter your experience level!
