In-person: Women's Circle for Connection and Community

• Doors close 5 minutes past starting time.
• An EUR 5 donation is required to cover the cost of the space.

The Sunflower Club Circles provides a relaxed and safe place to talk, listen, and learn from one another's experiences. It’s a place to explore who we are, who we no longer need to be, and how we can lead better, fuller lives. A place where we can practice showing up, and grow in authenticity; a place without a hierarchy, judgement, blame, or shame, where everybody knows your name.

We start with 2 minutes of silence and a round of check-ins: Your name, what's up for you, and how you feel right now.

From there, the group goes where we want it to go. If there's a common theme around everyone's check-ins, we start with that, otherwise sometimes people will bring something that they're struggling with, or a question that they want feedback on.

These groups are a place for people to connect, experiment with who they are, and walk away with insight and support.

About the facilitator
Namora Lubis is a Therapeutic Unfoldment Coach who has been facilitating workshops and talk groups for over 3 years. He has been trained in group facilitation, psychological therapy, meditation, and coaching. He is LGBTQ+ friendly and trauma-informed.
Namora comes from Malaysia and has lived in Paris for over 7 years, navigating isolation, self-discovery, trauma, community building and other challenges associated with adjusting to a new city. They create a safe and open space where others can drop the masks that they've been wearing and show up as themselves to have honest conversations about what's going on for them in their world.
