**About Our Group:**
We're a small, dedicated community of about 25 to 30 members, with 13 to 15 regular weekly attendees.

While most of us are in Oregon, we have core members from New Hampshire, Minnesota, California, Washington, and Liverpool, UK.

Our group is a non-denominational spiritual class, and many in our Eugene core group also attend Unity of the Valley Church services.

Our classes are not for everyone; they are for those who seek calmness, deeper self-understanding, and a safe space to relax and refresh in a community of kind and compassionate people.

**Our Sessions Include:**
· Opening chants and expressions of gratitude to elevate our collective energy.
· A moment to set intentions, creating a personal and shared vision for our practice.
· Gentle warm-up stretches to communicate softly with our bodies.
· Pranayam (breath meditation) or a focused meditation, guiding our minds to stillness.
· A transformative triple gong bath, where celestial sounds wash over you, inviting love, joy, and gratitude to blossom within.
· An uplifting, meditative song to stir the soul while you relax after your gong bath.
· Concluding practices include wake-up stretches, intention reaffirmation, the Sunshine Song & Sat Nams, and a silent prayer in our community spirit.

**Sharing Time:** A unique feature of our Saturday classes is the sharing time after I turn off the video recording for privacy.

Our sharing time guidelines are as follows:
· No judgment. This is a safe space.
· Support each other as friends.
· Listen attentively and validate each person who shares.
· You can share once or pass.
· Let us know when you're finished. Say "Sat Nam," or "I'm Complete," or "I'm Done."
· If you've already shared, please hold off on additional sharing until the end.
· We aim to conclude within 30 minutes.
· Sharing time is NOT recorded.
