Join us for a guided meditation session designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and gain insight into managing your thoughts more effectively. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this session will provide practical and accessible techniques to support your well-being.
Service Schedule
- Moving Meditation – This practice helps relax both body and mind through natural, flowing movements, much like waves in the ocean. Inspired by Tai Chi, yoga, and other techniques, the instructor will guide you through easy movements to enhance relaxation and prepare for seated meditation.
- Sound Meditation (Chanting) – By focusing on vocal sounds and resonance, this meditation helps quiet mental distractions and bring inner balance. It serves as a great preparatory step before seated meditation.
- Seated Meditation – Discover a simple yet powerful way to connect with your inner self. The instructor will provide easy-to-follow guidance to help you find peace and clarity in stillness.
- Dharma Talk – Learn how the mind works and how to effectively manage thoughts, stress, and underlying anxieties. The instructor will introduce practical methods for cultivating inner peace and resilience.
- Discussion & Q&A with Tea – Sharing experiences with others can be incredibly healing and enriching. Whether you're looking for mindfulness techniques, stress relief, or simply a supportive community, you're welcome to join us.
This session will be conducted in English and is free of charge. Light snacks and tea will be provided after the session, and donations are always welcome.
