  1. Welcome & Introductions – Sharing progress (5–10 minutes)
  2. Hot Seat Sessions – 2–3 mastermind cases, 30 min each:
  • Case owner presents a challenge, issue, or goal (5 min)
  • Group asks clarifying questions (5 min)
  • Group provides feedback, ideas, and resources (10–15 min)
  • Case owner summarizes feedback and states 3+ action items (5 min)
  1. Session Feedback & Goal Setting (10 minutes)
  • Everyone gives quick feedback
  • All members set SMART goals and define action items for the next meeting
