Through personal reflection, resilience practices, and group dialogue, we’ll explore how to move beyond self-doubt and burnout to lead yourself with authenticity, courage, and presence. Come as you are, and leave with renewed clarity, grounded confidence, and the embodied power of your own light—recommitted to show up authentically from the inside out, in service to yourself, your work, your community, and the world.
