Coco Minis: A Wellness Event in the Garden

A free Sunday morning in a Lake Worth garden.

Coco Minis is a small, free wellness gathering tucked inside SmartyPlants, a working plant nursery in Lake Worth Beach. Picture a slower kind of Sunday: yoga among the plants, sound healing, live acoustic music, a hand-picked group of local makers, and little stations where you can make something to take home. No ticket, no cost, no experience needed.

It comes from Coco Market, a free community wellness market in South Florida, and this is its intimate garden edition: fewer crowds, softer pace, same warmth. Root (July 19) is the first of three summer Sundays, followed by Branch on August 16 and Bloom on September 20.
If you're coming solo, this is an easy one. The morning is built for lingering, and the workshop circles and craft stations make it simple to fall into conversation.
