What to Expect:
A short 3/4 mile boardwalk run (or brisk walkโ€”you set the pace)
A light warm-up and stretching
A bodyweight workout using sand, sun, and gravity (modifications welcome)

Led by Mike, a certified personal trainer and wellness advocate with 25+ years of leadership and coaching experience. This group is about showing up, moving your body, and feeling betterโ€”not chasing perfection.

Bring a towel, mat or simply enjoy the sand.
