Join us for a simple, energizing 1-hour fitness session on the beachโdesigned for real people looking to improve their health, clear their mind, and build consistency (without intimidation or ego).
What to Expect:
A short 3/4 mile boardwalk run (or brisk walkโyou set the pace)
A light warm-up and stretching
A bodyweight workout using sand, sun, and gravity (modifications welcome)
Good energy, no judgment, and a strong finish to fuel your day
Led by Mike, a certified personal trainer and wellness advocate with 25+ years of leadership and coaching experience. This group is about showing up, moving your body, and feeling betterโnot chasing perfection.
Bring a towel, mat or simply enjoy the sand.
