Daily Unification and Vision/ lifechange/ Viking Warrior training 6:30-7:30/8 a.m. sober morning stretch then run one lap around soccer field w/ prayer meditation yoga, and push ups, situps deep breathing, music, 4-8 times facing Sunrises. Healthy healing. Yoga, mui thai, self defense training alternating days. Empowering background music. Cold Weather therapy
