This is Sunrise Movement Casa Grande. We meet at Villago Community Park to start the day with movement, fresh air, and positive energy.
This is not a class. This is not a bootcamp. This is a community. We walk, we move, we reset our minds, and we start the day strong together.
Right now it’s small. That’s what makes it special. In less than an hour, we’re getting in 5,000 to 7,000+ steps before most people even start their day. If you’ve been saying:
“I need to get moving”
