Sunrise Paddle: Jordan Lake at Farrington Point

We'll meet at 6:58 am at the hand carried boat launch at Farrington Point starting with a brief introduction and safety meeting. We'll explore the Bush Creek section of Jordan Lake looking for bald eagles, herons, turtles, snakes and other interesting wildlife.

Be sure to bring water, a few snacks, a hat, sunglasses and possibly a coat. I also suggest leaving a change of clothes in your car in the unlikely event that you get more wet than intended.

There's a porta-potty at the motor boat launch area.

I will bring six(6) boats with PFDs and paddles on this trip. One boat will be for me.

Send me a message if you plan to bring own boat without using the RSVP.

Plan to be ready to paddle at 6:58 am (which means you need to be at the boat launch at least 15 minutes early). This is particularly important for folks borrowing a boat.
