Hey Everyone!
It’s been a while since we tackled the trails together at Crystal Cove, but I’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a project close to my heart.
As a healer and teacher, my biggest goal is to help people truly feel better, restore their vital energy, and live pain-free. Because I want to give back to this incredible community, I am opening applications today for a completely Free Online Wellness & Health Initiative.
Please Note: We are accepting and reviewing applications starting now to secure our core group, but the live online sessions will officially begin on Monday, October 12. Once active, sessions will run every other Monday.
If you, your family, or anyone you know is dealing with chronic stress, fatigue, executive burnout, or health concerns and needs genuine, expert guidance, we are here to help.
