Note to Attendees:
Starting after Thanksgiving, we will begin at 8:20 not 9:20! Please reach out with thoughts on times, goals, progress, etc. :)

Join to work all 650 muscles in less than an our by using active stretching techniques to increase strength and tone while increasing flexibility, range of motion, improving coordination and motor skills for everyday activities (like hiking). Increasing blood circulation and lymphatic system drainage, move the fascia chain to help it get "unstuck", supporting injury and surgery recovery, Injury prevention, balancing the body's muscles and making it more dynamic resulting in more energy to do the things you love for years to come.

These movements will also slim and tone your body fairy quickly, realign your posture and rebalance your entire muscular structure.

Just Good Stuff - release tension, anxiety, reverse signs of aging, grounding and promote calmness, weight loss.

Naturally, you will have a learning curve your first few times, then your movements will synchronize into fluid movements, allowing your body to move more freely and energetically. Be patient with yourself and embrace the changes over time as your fascia becomes free to support every part of your body as it simultaneously pumps the lymphatic system and toxins out.

Bring: Mat or Towel, Water, Poles (only 1 is needed), sunscreen

Parking: Park at public parking behind Jack-In-The-Box at PCH and Warner. Walk to the water, Tower 28.
