Power & Pranayama: LGBTQ+ Flow
A welcoming, body-positive class for the LGBTQ+ community (allies welcome). We’ll blend Himalayan pranayama (breathwork) to charge your system, with an energizing power-yoga flow to build strength, tone muscles, and support healthy weight.

Expect clear cues, options for every level, and a steady rhythm that leaves you alert—not wrecked. We’ll close with a gentle guided meditation to deepen body connection and self-love.

What to expect: grounding breath → strong, accessible flow → mindful cool-down → short self-love meditation.
Bring: yoga mat and water; wear layers.
