## We’re a group of competitive, growth-driven people who value team, performance, and community.
A lot of us come from athletic or commission-based backgrounds, and we’ve found that the same things that make athletes successful in sports — discipline, coachability, resilience, and a love for competition — translate extremely well into entrepreneurial and commission-driven careers.
Our team nights are something we already do every month. We get together to watch games, spend time together, and build real relationships outside of work. This event is simply opening that door to a few former athletes and like-minded people who want to meet others with a similar mindset and learn more about what we do.
This isn’t about pressure or recruiting.
It’s about environment, culture, and connection first.
