Sunset Yoga at Carihuela Beach

A wholesome yoga class on the beach. Including aromatherapy with medical grade essential oils 🌸 initial breathing exercise (pranayama) 🌬️followed with asanas, ☯ combining hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga elements, ending with a guided mediation. 🧘
The events are hold at the same time (19h) every week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and I am gonna teach classes in the mornings too very soon! Individual contribution is 12euro/class. Payable by cash or bank transfer.
The class is focused on improving health in a holistic way and turn the focus inwards to find deep state of relaxation and nourish the body mind and soul inside out.
Classes take place at Carihuela beach of Torremolinos and we meet at Plaza del Remo oasis in the palms tree green area (just in front of the parking lot - see the location on map and pictures).
After the class we can enjoy beautiful sunset on the beach and swim in the sea. (optional) Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or a towel. I have some extra yoga mats and some towels in case you forget your own :) Just request them from me before the class. The cost of renting a yoga mat is 2,5 euro.
