Beginner Sunset Yoga!!

First time trying out Yoga? Come join us! We make it fun and relaxing.

We welcome all skill levels to try one of our Yoga Outdoors classes. This is an experience you won't want to miss!

Join us for a Sunset Yoga class on Grapevine Lake. All Gear Included.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Relax and unwind while you practice yoga along the shores of Grapevine Lake. Our outdoor location is situated on the edge of a cliff overlook which provides spectacular views of the sunset and of Grapevine Lake. Yoga allows the mind to cleanse itself in a natural way and is a great way to stay fit. Many people practice yoga on a daily basis. The class will last about an hour and gives you time to meet your Yoga Instructor afterwards. Each class is taught by a Certified RYT Instructor.

Yoga classes are designed to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Get to meet other Yogi's that live nearby and connect with certified Yoga Instructors. This is a great way to find out more about yoga if you are interested in getting your certification. Yoga has many benefits such as: Stress Relief, Stretching, Fitness, Weight Loss, Straightening your back, Providing Focus, Strength, Stamina, and much more!

All gear is included. You do not need to bring anything! We provide Yoga Mat, Yoga Block, and Towels. Just show up ready to have a great time!

CLASS DETAILS:
Please arrive a few minutes early to give you time to check in. All check-in's are done on location.

Classes are offered every: Wednesday and Sunday.

One Hour Prior to Sunset (Exact times are listed on the website, www.Yoga-Outdoors.com)

Yoga Outdoors meets inside of Rockledge Park at the famous, yet secret, Jackson Pavilion. There is running water, electricity, lights, and bathrooms. This is a venue that is rented out frequently during the summer. If you are paying in person, please let us know that you are a Meetup Member when you register.

Park Staff will direct you where to go once you arrive. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call anytime 214-724-8311. Yoga Outdoors has partnered with Lonestar Adventure Sports.
