we are a premium long standing professional grass roots endevour- we constantly have been able to hone the classes for the best possibly quality and experience - hiring only teachers with many years of experience- we are not a new trainee instructor group just setting up randomly- we have a mission to transfer the original teachings from india and where evidence support effective postures the most. we have a mission to hold a space for everyone to come to a mindful practice regularly.

we control for class size so the class is not too big that the instructor cant give adjustments or proper attention for safety and quality

*we keep prices low for locals support you having access to a regular consistent practice- and because locals in turn help us with a regular support we need to survive out there and pay the best most experienced instructors- never teachers just out of training and always more than 2 years of experience to ensure you receive only a quality and accurate practice
