About us
The SacredSHE Reset Hub for Midlife Women
Where we "Rise Together In Reverence."
Gatherings both in person and online for women in midlife who want support, steadiness, and space to breathe again.
This group is for women navigating the real transitions of midlife: burnout, overwhelm, hormonal changes, emotional heaviness, identity shifts, or simply the feeling of losing yourself while holding everything together.
Each gathering blends gentle breathwork, ritual, somatic practices, stillness, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation. We focus on nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and reconnecting with the woman you are becoming, not the one the world expects you to be.
Whether you’re moving through menopause, seeking deeper connection, healing old patterns, craving community, or wanting a calm place to reset, this circle offers grounded support and embodied tools you can actually use in daily life.
What to expect:
• Breathwork and grounding practices
• Voice activation & sound healing
• Somatic movement or stillness (accessible for all bodies)
• Ritual and simple sacred practices
• Emotional support and reflection
• Space to share, listen, and feel held
• Practical tools to help you reset between gatherings
This is a space for women who:
• Feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck
• Want to reconnect with themselves
• Are healing through midlife transitions

Rest Isn’t Restoration
·OnlineOnlineRest Isn’t Restoration
Free 90-Minute Workshop
What if the reason you still feel tired isn’t that you need more rest?
For many women, especially through midlife, rest has become something we squeeze in between responsibilities, recovery periods, and the next round of “getting on with it.”
We sleep. We take a day off. We have a bath. We promise ourselves we’ll slow down.
And yet somehow, the deeper exhaustion remains.
Because rest and restoration are not the same thing.
Rest may help you pause. Restoration asks a different question:
What is draining you in the first place?
This complimentary 90-minute live workshop is for women who are tired of simply recovering enough to keep carrying the same load.
Together, we’ll explore the hidden patterns that can leave you feeling depleted even when you are technically “resting” — over-giving, self-override, emotional load, disconnection from your own needs, and the quiet ways women learn to keep functioning long after something inside is asking them to stop.
You’ll begin to understand why pushing through, switching off, or taking more time out may not be enough — and what genuine restoration can look like physically, emotionally, mentally and within your relationship with yourself.
During our time together, we’ll explore:- why rest alone doesn’t always resolve exhaustion
- the difference between pausing and truly replenishing
- how self-override and constant giving quietly drain your reserves
- what your body, emotions and inner knowing may already be trying to tell you
- how to recognise what genuinely restores you — rather than simply helping you cope
- simple ways to begin creating more sustainable energy, space and connection in your life
There is nothing to fix here.
This is an invitation to become curious about what your exhaustion may be asking of you — and to begin listening before your body has to shout.
You do not need another strategy for pushing through.
You may simply need a different relationship with restoration.
Come as you are.
Bring a journal, something warm to drink, and 90 minutes that belong entirely to you.
Because the question is no longer simply:
“How can I get more rest?”
Perhaps the deeper question is:
“What would actually restore me?”You will need to register for this event.
