Autumn is a transition time, it can leave us feeling either productive or tired.

In Ayurveda, each season is connected with a particular dosha, the doshas can be described as 3 energies which are made up of the 5 elements. The 5 elements that found in nature and all things as well as in the human body.

As we change seasons from Summer – Pitta dosha and to Autumn which is dominated by Vata dosha. Vata is the element of air/ether, it is the movement of all things – Vata can be discussed as – cold, dry. light, rough, windy.

Gift yourself a devotional day for your body, mind and soul. We will gather together to reset, recharge and realign ourselves through the sacred practice of Yoga and Ayurveda – the science of life.

  • Reconnect to yourself and ground in for Autumn
  • Gentle yoga to release excess heat from the summer months & balance Vata
