Walk around active small block developments

There is much talk from Real Estate people about using property developments to make money.

But how many of them show you what is actually going on?

On Saturday the 22nd of this month, the Sunny Coast Property Investors Group has been invited to go ONSITE and see two active small block subdivisions, right here on the Sunny Coast.

This is a great opportunity to get an up to date and accurate feel for our local property market, and to see how money is being made in the current market.

We will be viewing two sites in Nambour, both are small lot subdivisions, with one just beginning and the other renovated and almost ready for sale.

Bring your note pads, hats and cameras (if you like). Ask questions, take down ideas and get a good understanding of what can be done to increase your wealth, right now.

We will meet at the first site and then car pool (depending on how many in our group) the other site.

Max 2 hours from 1pm - 3pm.
