Open to all. Our members are regular on road riders with some planned destinations. Using numerous sealed streets between Maroochy and Gympie between the sunny coast and the wonderful forests on the west hills. A mix of relaxed and welcoming, leather-skinned veterans, bike nerds or riders with limited experience. If you like trips from 150 to 250kms and general chats at village venues with safe riders then consider joining us.

# Motorcycle Group Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
### 1. Acknowledgment of Risk
By joining and participating in this motorcycle group (“the Group”), I acknowledge and understand that motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous and involves risks, including but not limited to serious injury, disability, death, property damage, and financial loss. I voluntarily accept these risks.
### 2. Assumption of Responsibility
I fully accept that I am responsible for my own safety, actions, and decisions while riding or participating in any Group activities. I understand that:
- I must carry my own full comprehensive insurance and ensure that it covers accidents, damages, and third-party liability.
- I am solely responsible for my motorcycle’s maintenance, roadworthiness, and compliance with local laws.
- I must have my own emergency contacts readily available.
### 3. Waiver of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, and discharge:

The Group organizer(s),

All other members, and
-
Any affiliated entities, sponsors, or hosts
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injuries, damages, or losses sustained during Group rides or events, whether caused by negligence, weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, other riders, or any other factors.
I agree to never sue, claim, or hold liable the Group organizer(s) or other members for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during Group activities.
### 4. No Responsibility for Other Riders
I understand that the Group organizer(s) are not responsible for the actions of any other rider. Each participant rides at their own risk and is personally accountable for their conduct on the road.
### 5. Guest Participation
If I invite a guest, I am responsible for ensuring they understand and agree to this waiver. Guests participate at their own risk and must abide by the same rules.
### 6. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By joining this Group, I confirm that:
- I have read and understand this waiver.
- I am legally competent to sign this agreement.
- I voluntarily agree to all terms.
This waiver applies indefinitely to all future Group events, rides, and activities.
