Join us for a fun-filled evening at SUPA-VERSE XP where neurodiverse adults come together to socialize and play games. Whether you're a fan of board games, console gaming, or just looking to meet new friends, this event is perfect you.

Date & Time: Saturday, 6 September 2025, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm


Meeting Point: SUPA-HUB, 3 Rebound Court NARRE WARREN
(opens at 6:00 pm; group walks across to Okami for 7:45 pm)


Venue: Okami Japanese Restaurant, Rebound Court, Narre Warren


Costs
NDIS Participants
• $47.80 out-of-pocket (all-you-can-eat $42.80 + soft drink)
• Other drink options: mocktails $8, cocktails $12, sake $9, beers $9–10, wines $10–12 (ID needed for alcoholic drinks)
• Hub fee + staff support (4 hrs) billed directly to NDIS
Non-NDIS Participants
• $57.80 out-of-pocket (meal + soft drink + $10 Hub fee)
• Other drink options: mocktails $8, cocktails $12, sake $9, beers $9–10, wines $10–12
***Please note that Hub fee payments and NDIS claims are invoiced after the session.


Schedule
• 6:00pm → Hub opens (catch up or get to know each other, board games, card games, console games or VR games And preview menu & pre-ordering with staff if needed)
***Also pool together the funds (OKAMI Policy - one card pays for reservation.
• 7:30-40pm → Prepare to walk together to Okami across the street.
• 7:45–9:45 pm → Dinner (2 hr max)
• After Dinner, Before 9:45 → Walk back to Hub
• 10:00pm → Hub closes

We can bring a couple card games to the restaurant too!
• Menu preview with option to choose and inform staff before walking over.
• Aids and devices like noise-cancelling headphones welcome and encouraged
• 2 Staff available to support however needed
• Sensory breaks in Hub if needed (with one staff assisting)

Please Note
Food Wastage Policy
• $15 charge applies for uneaten items exceeding 200g
• Additional $5 charge for each extra 100g
• Leftovers cannot be taken away
• All-you-can-eat food cannot be shared with à la carte customers
