Crocheting can be a grounding, repetitive,rhythmic and calming way to focus, stim, or simply enjoy the motion of making.
Whether you’re a sensory-seeker who loves the texture of yarn or someone who finds peace in quiet repetition, this workshop is designed with neurodivergent comfort in mind.✨
At SUPA-HUB, we celebrate different brains and different ways of connecting.
This supported session welcomes all neurotypes. You can crochet in silence, chat while you loop, or take breaks whenever and however you need. There’s no “right way” to participate!

• A flexible, neuro-affirming environment
• Hooks and yarn provided (BYO welcome)
• All ages & abilities welcome (if 1:1 support is needed, please let us know)
