Thursday April 23rd.
2:00pm

• Arrive at Mt Shasta

While we are at Mt Shasta, we will visit:

Headwaters of the Sacramento River: Source of Life
Drink from the source, literally and metaphorically, as you connect with the essence of creation. We will facilitate a 30 min walk where you will experience portals, gateways and vortexes.

Waterfalls of Wonder: McCloud Falls & Hedge Creek Falls
Nature's Sound Bath: Honor the land, and invoke the wild wisdom within.
Bathe in the majesty of these cascading wonders, symbolizing emotional release and spiritual renewal. Each waterfall with its own unique signature and energy. We will engage in a meditation and Meet and Greet with the Lemurians from Telos.

Peace Garden: Connect with Mother Earth
Sit and Meditate with Mother Earth and connect into 1st Chakra.
Walk the Labyrinth and receive your gift of knowledge and wisdom. Explore the different energies of each of the sacred sites.

Crystal time: Acquire some powerful friends
Visit 3 Crystal shops filled with unique and very powerful crystals
Allow the Crystals to deliver their energetic messages.

Planned Free time
To explore or just sit and allow energy of the mountains to sink into the very core of your being. Visit Sacred Mountain Spa to nurture your transformation. Our retreat has been paced to allow for an unhurried spiritual transformation.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a
- Full refund, you must cancel prior to March 15th 2026.
- 50% refund or credit towards another retreat, if you cancel between March 15th and April 1st 2026
- Credit towards another retreat, if you cancel between April 1st - April 23rd 2026
No refund of any kind if you cancel on or after April 23rd 2026

Cozy spot for the night:
We suggest The Inn at Mt Shasta ($130 -$175/per night ) we have vetted in person, although you are free to stay anywhere in downtown Mt. Shasta that suits you best, as it is a small town. If you have a local favorite, go for it!! The town of Mt. Shasta is full of small locally run hotels and motels. Once you have booked through meetup, we will provide more details .

Dining Treasures:
We are planning group meals (optional) at restaurants we have visited. That said, everyone gets a voice and we will decide as a group as we stay in Divine Flow even as we refuel. Still wondering about food specifics: ask us about all the options or step into the bliss of receiving the unknown yummy surprises awaiting us all. You will be free to follow us as we guide you some local dining treasures or venture out on your own.

Carpooling: Additional Cost of $125 (paid at time of departure)
We are happy to help facilitate carpool situations ahead of time for the trek to Mt. Shasta (5-6 hour drive from Bay Area), where we share gas prices, good vibes & conversations, so contact us to get in the carpool plans now.

Looking to drive yourself so you can stay longer or shorter, great idea! You are free to leave as early as you need or stay as long as you like.
