Meditation with Crystal bowls and Kiatsu　19H～

It is a very powerful meditation with the sound of Cyrille's Crystal bowls and kiatsu. The vibration of crystal bowls activates human cells and also there is an antioxidant effect (= anti-aging effect) as well as a healing effect. While you lay down and enjoy the sound healing, Atsuko will give each person a hands on healing, using a special technique to do a full session in a few minutes. Kiatsu was established by Koichi Tohei who was the master of shinshin-toitsu aikido (aikido wchih unifis mind and body) and it is a method to extend the universe energy in order to activate the own healing power of the person.
