Brigitte: Tai Chi Energy – Restore Hip Mobility & the Power of the Dantian
In this workshop, we’ll explore gentle, flowing Tai Chi movements designed to restore mobility, strength, and ease in your hips—while awakening the energy of your dantian, the body’s center of vitality.
The dantian—often translated as the “elixir field,” “sea of qi,” or “energy center”—is like your own personal battery. Just as your car’s battery is essential to get you moving, your lower dantian fuels balance, grounding, breathing, and body awareness. It’s the foundation for both physical vitality and inner calm.
You’ll be guided through Brigitte’s modern, body-friendly adaptations of traditional Tai Chi techniques—practices made for today’s fast-paced, often stressful world.
No experience needed—these movements are simple, enjoyable, and accessible to every body.

Who is Becca: Rev. Becca is a compassionate spiritual minister and intuitive guide with 26 years of experience walking the path of metaphysical energy work. Reiki Master and teacher, and Sound Therapy.

Who is Brigitte: Passionate holistic wellness teacher and practitioner with 15 years of experience in bioenergetic massage, Feng Shui, Tai Chi and Qigong, now devoted to teaching immersive courses in The Wellbeing Method Massage.
