Join a small group of women (up to 8 participants) for 12 guided weekly sessions designed to help you feel grounded, purposeful, and supported while living abroad.

  • Values-based planning and discovering your passion
  • Journaling prompts and self-reflection
  • Physical health, relaxation & taking care of your body
  • Psychological flexibility, mindfulness & purpose abroad

What’s Included:

  • 12 weekly guided group sessions
  • Private WhatsApp or Signal group for ongoing connection
  • 1:1 introductory session with Simaya van Dooren, LISW-CP
  • Ongoing support via phone, text or email between sessions
