Join a small group of women (up to 8 participants) for 12 guided weekly sessions designed to help you feel grounded, purposeful, and supported while living abroad.

- Cultural adjustments & language barriers
- Creating new rituals & routines
- Values-based planning and discovering your passion
- Journaling prompts and self-reflection
- Physical health, relaxation & taking care of your body
- Psychological flexibility, mindfulness & purpose abroad
What’s Included:
- 12 weekly guided group sessions
- Private WhatsApp or Signal group for ongoing connection
- 1:1 introductory session with Simaya van Dooren, LISW-CP
- Ongoing support via phone, text or email between sessions
