Welcome to the Support for Parents of Teens Meetup Group! 👋
This is our very first online meetup, and we’re so glad you’re here.
Parenting teens is not easy — and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether your teen is pushing boundaries, facing mental health challenges, or just growing up too fast, this is a space for support, empathy, and connection.
In this initial session, we’ll:

• Get to know each other and what brought us to the group
• Share the biggest joys and challenges of parenting teens
• Talk about what topics or types of support you’d like from future meetups
• Create a safe, open environment for listening and sharing

#### Who This Is For:

This group is for parents, guardians, and caregivers of teens (ages 12–19) who are looking for:

• Community and support
• A space to vent or ask questions
• Tools and strategies for navigating this stage of parenting
• Simply knowing you're not alone

You can participate actively or just listen — there's no pressure to share if you're not ready.

#### How to Prepare:

☕ Grab your favorite drink, find a quiet space, and bring a notebook if you’d like.
