What’s SUP fellow paddlers! Have you always wanted to try stand up paddleboarding (SUP) but are not sure how to? Or perhaps you have tried before but could not get your balance down? This paddleboarding class is just for you! Paddleboarding 101 is a 90-minute lesson that covers all of the fundamentals of paddleboarding as well as tips on how to improve your balance. This experience includes a brief land lesson that teaches you the basics followed by a water lesson to really perfect those balance skills so that you can enjoy your next paddleboarding experience with confidence! This lesson is for all ages. ages 7+. One person per board.
