Online Sound Bath

I'm hosting an online sound bath and I'd love for you to join me on Sunday 10th May, 6pm Dubai time

An hour of live gong, Himalayan singing bowls, wooden flute and chimes, streamed directly to your phone or laptop from wherever you are.

All you need is a quiet space, headphones and somewhere comfortable to lie down.

People come to sound baths for all kinds of reasons and leave sleeping better, feeling less wound up and wondering why they don't do this every week.
