Scenic Walk through the Surrey Hills from Newlands Corner

Join SABRE walk leader George for a short Sunday afternoon circular walk in the Surrey Hills near Guildford. Starting from Newlands Corner, we loop around St Martha's hill and church and Albury Downs, taking in some woodland trails and some scenic open views over the downs.

A cafe and toilets are available at Newlands Corner. The walk is 5 miles
We will walk at a leisurely to moderate pace. There are a few short ascents and descents, nothing too steep. It may be muddy if it has been raining.

We will meet at Newlands Corner visitor centre, by the car park. Nearest post code is GU4 8SE. Parking is free.
