Find your Scrum Team's DNA !

One of the integral parts of Scrum theory is transparency and yet it is quite hard to visualise how 'well' a team are doing.
I don't mean metrics measuring Backlog item completion or Time spent on a task. I mean a visualise representation of how competent they are at utilising the Scrum Framework.
Scrum Team DNA as a way of obtaining a graphical way of understanding where a team may need coaching in certain areas, or a group of teams training in the same area.
