Hello Everyone,
I would like to invite you to join me for a weekly class of Dru yoga and meditation on Friday mornings in Weybridge. The classes are also attended by non-members of Meetup. The Classes will be held at 11.30am - 12.45pm every Friday.
Dru Yoga is based upon soft flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisation.It is a powerful and graceful form of exercise that is suitable for all abilities and has many benefits. These include balancing the flow of energy in your body as well as releasing blockages and being a potent means of stress relief.
The classes will consist of a series of activations, body preps, stretches and EBR sequences. Over a period of weeks we will do asanas,flowing sequences as well as Sun, Moon and Earth salutations.
There will also be a relaxation, some breathing practices, meditation and mudras to help calm the mind and bring the body back into balance.
