Frensham Ponds and Dockenfield (9.0 miles)

Walk starts from Frensham Little Pond, heading west to Batts Corner through field and woodland. Then east to Dockenfield by Bealswood Nature Reserve to cross the River Wey. Onto the Frensham Great Pond for lunch. Then across Frensham Common back to Frensham Little Pond.
Walk is mostly on footpaths in fields and woodland
Lunch is planned at Frensham Great Pond cafe or bring you own lunch

This walk is also advertised on the Surrey Heath Ramblers web site (www.surreyheathramblers.org.uk) so there will be more walkers attending than is shown on Meetup. Typically we walk with between 15 and 25 people.
Our walks start promptly and it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes early to get booted ready for the walk.
If you are unable to attend please remove yourself from the event and text the walk leader so that they are aware that you won't be attending.
As a non member of Ramblers you can attend 3 walks to try us out, after that you are required to join the Ramblers to continue walking with us.
