Newlands Corner, Silent Pool and St Martha's Hill Circular (7.0 miles)

A Moderate walk starting at Newlands Corner. We follow the North Downs Way with beautiful views across the valley and then take the steep descent down to Silent Pool. After crossing the road we follow the Pilgrims Way making a slow climb towards St Martha's Hill before ascending the steep hill to the church on the top. We then descend and cross the valley before climbing back up to the North Downs Way and returning to the car park.

This walk is also advertised on the Surrey Heath Ramblers web site (www.surreyheathramblers.org.uk) so there will be more walkers attending than is shown on Meetup. Typically we walk with between 15 and 25 people.
Our walks start promptly and it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes early to get booted ready for the walk.
If you are unable to attend please remove yourself from the event and text the walk leader so that they are aware that you won't be attending.
As a non member of Ramblers you can attend 3 walks to try us out, after that you are required to join the Ramblers to continue walking with us.
