Photowalk : Wonersh and Chinthurst Hill

Details
This is a 4 mile circular walk at Wonersh just South of Guildford.
This walk will take us through narrow woodland paths out onto roads passing through the village of Wonersh.
We will visit the disused railway station of Bramley and Wonersh which was closed in 1965. The trackbed remained overgrown for many years before being brought back into use in the 1980s as part of the Downs Link, a public footpath and bridleway linking the North Downs and South Downs National Trails.
We will pass a section of the Wey & Arun Canal before heading off to Chinthurst Hill with it's wonderful views and Folly at the top.
There are a few inclines and one steep climb at the end to reach the top of the hill. Walking boots are recommended. It should take about 2.5 hours.

We will meet in Chinthurst Hill Car Park (free parking).
The car park is just off the B2128 Wonersh Common Road. See the map for the location.
