The Evolution of Node.js: Past, Present, and Future
Details
We are delighted to be back with another SurreyDevs meetup scheduled for late April.
Join us as we hear from Beth Griggs, a Senior Software Engineer at Red Hat and a Node.js Technical Steering Committee Member.
As Node.js enters its roaring 20th major version, we will briefly reflect on where it all started and what has helped us get to where we are today. Beth will share her thoughts on what has led to the continued success of the project. She'll also look to the future of what is next for Node.js - including some new features and initiatives, and how you can get involved too!
We're also delighted to announce the Razwan Pat, an AWS enterprise architect will be joining to give us the latest developments on AWS's Lambda, which enables us to get Node.js up and running in AWS services.
