Looking to make new friends in Sydney? Join us for a relaxed coffee meet-up with people aged 25-35 at a local café!
Whether you’re new to Sydney, hoping to expand your social circle or simply keen to get out and meet a few people, you’re welcome to come along.
What’s the plan?
Grab yourself a drink, find the group and settle into a conversation. We keep things simple: around 20 people, casual chats and a mix of new faces and returning members.
Plan for around an hour, with the option to stay longer if you’re enjoying yourself. Check the time, café address and meeting instructions in this event before heading over.
Coming alone or for the first time?
You’re very welcome! You don’t need to bring a friend or know anyone beforehand. If you’re having trouble finding us, drop a message in the event chat.
Do I need to live in Surry Hills?
Not at all! We welcome people from across Sydney who can make it to the café. Our group is centred around Surry Hills and nearby neighbourhoods, with different cafés to discover along the way.

Surry Hills Social Locals’ Coffee Club brings people aged 25-35 together to build friendships through regular coffee catch-ups.
One conversation is a starting point. Coming back gives you the chance to recognise familiar faces, pick up where you left off and get to know people over time.
