Curious about boxing but not sure where to start?
Surry Hills Sparring Club is a beginner-friendly outdoor boxing group designed for people with little to no experience.
This is a relaxed, supportive space where you’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing — stance, footwork, basic punches, defense, and controlled partner drills — at a pace that feels comfortable.
There’s no pressure and no ego. The focus is on learning, moving your body, and building confidence while meeting new people.
What to expect:
- Beginner boxing fundamentals

- A friendly, welcoming atmosphere
