Join us for our Boxing & Kickboxing Sparring Session, — a fun and friendly environment where you can learn, move, and grow at your own pace.

Where: Harmony Park, Surry Hills

Whether you're completely new to boxing or already have some experience, this session is designed for all skill levels. It’s the perfect chance to build confidence, sharpen your technique, and meet a supportive community of people who love staying active and training outdoors.

No pressure — just great vibes, good energy, and plenty of learning.
Please note that sparring equipment is not provided, so bring your own gloves and shin pads. If you don’t have gear, come along anyway — you’ll still get a fantastic workout and be part of the action!
